Victorian Population Challenge 4/11/22

Trade #2 Whitlock:  Current household members are: Liam & Chastity (Gen 2 Heir/Wife - adults), Oliver (Gen 3 Heir - adult), Owen (Gen 3 - teen), Brendan (Gen 3 - teen), Erin (Gen 3 - child), and Dylan (Gen 3 - toddler).  Siobhan moved out and Chastity is pregnant with #8.  Business is starting to pick up and finances are in better shape as Summer comes to a close.  Oliver is officially in the market for a wife, who must be from Trade class, as he is not allowed to marry below his class.  I'm thinking of allowing Trade class heirs to invite over eligible ladies for a Sunday brunch function as a means of selecting a bride.  The rules don't have any specific guidelines on how matches are to be formed, but so far I've just been having the girls at the girls' home invite over bachelors on the weekends and then just see who pairs up.  Since Trade heirs are restricted in their selections, however, I think the brunch idea could help.  Household bank balance is $2502/$100,000.

Trade #3 Stanbury:  Current household members are: Thomas & Joy (Gen 2 Heir/Wife - adults), Robert & Leila (Gen 3 Heir/Wife - adults), James (Gen 3 - teen), Sarah (Gen 3 - teen), and Mary (Gen 3 - child).  Damon and Toby moved out, Joy is too old to have more children, and Leila is pregnant with her first child.  Joy has plenty of time to devote to her sewing, now that Leila is here and Sarah is a teen.  I was thinking of having someone own a clothing store, but since home businesses can't have the clothing racks, I don't think that would work too well.  So, I think I'll have Joy add some custom clothing to their stock instead.  Leila still has a long way to go to catch up to Joy in terms of sewing skill, but hopefully Joy will be around for a good long while still.  Household bank balance is $7857/$100,000.

And that concludes the Summer round y'all!  I'm planning to play through Fall at least, so there should be more updates coming in a couple weeks.  I have so many singles that I'm hoping to pair up in the Fall, which will probably mean a lot of building, so it may take a little longer than usual to play through the season.  Until then, Happy Simming!
