Brad Dreamer (see PV 7/19/25) welcomed his cousin Marvin back into the household, after Marvin's recent divorce. (Marvin is first cousins with Brad's mother Myra.) It will actually be very helpful to have another adult around to take care of Cody and the new plant baby Brad spawned this round, Becca. I think this house was Marvin's to start with also, so there's that. In any event, the only other somewhat noteworthy thing that occurred was Brad buying a vacation home in Three Lakes.
Wyatt Picaso (see PV 7/19/25) was promoted to the top of Oceanography; his new LTW is for 50 First Dates, which is unlikely to be completed, as he's a few days away from elder and has only had 3 first dates in his entire life. However, I'll have him start working on it next round. Meanwhile, Noelle had the grand opening of her restaurant. Things were pretty chaotic, what with hiring/assigning staff, setting the menu/prices, and purchasing needed items (for some reason the bar that was already there did not have an option to set a bartender, but the new one did, so idk). She didn't earn any money (obviously), but I think everything is in order now, so next time should be easier. Next round little Lincoln will grow into a child.
Since we last saw Drake Dreamer (see PV 7/19/25) he's been turned into a vampire - just what I wanted, another elder vampire. At least it'll be good for Drake's youngest son, who will have the benefit of his father's financial assistance while he's in college. Drake's oldest daughter, Rhonda, aged up to elder and made the decision to adopt a toddler. All these years, she's been married to her job, racking up one failed relationship after another; I guess she finally decided to just go the route her dad did and adopt. Of course, as soon as her dad adopted, he found his soulmate and had three more kids with her (plus a bonus alien baby), so you never know what's in store for Rhonda.
Randy Lothario (see PV 7/19/25) earned a nice sum at the store and is almost up to rank 9. Alvin is doing well in school and at work, but he's short one skill point to get into college; hopefully, he'll be able to gain a point next round before he graduates. Heath spent the whole day being useless, getting in and out of his coffin, until I was fed up with him. After the third time he got out of the coffin, at around 2 pm, I left him on his own. He went outside several times and, even though I threw him a bone by directing him to eat leftovers, he continued to be foolish enough times that he died about an hour before sundown. I'm choosing to see it as Heath just being fed up with eternal life - maybe it's not all it's cracked up to be. In any event, life will go on. Randy is only about halfway through adulthood, so he's got plenty of time left to lead a fulfilling life.
Happy Simming!
