Happy New Year!
Bryce Futa (see PV 10/30/20) got the body point he needed before work and then came home with a promotion. He used his bonus to pay for his GED class and after hanging out with his friend for a while, spent most of the night working on it.
Over at the homeless shelter (see PV 10/31/20):
Melissa Fancey and her kids have nearly saved enough money to move out, though Melissa's work performance is not looking so great. Hopefully she can hand onto her job for another round.
Ricky Cormier got a promotion at his Adventure job, but did not find Culinary.
Monica Bratford (like everyone else in town) was sick with a mysterious disease and kept climbing out of her coffin all day, which did not help her mood or her work performance.
Alvin Broke also got promoted. He also doesn't particularly get along with Shane. They spent a good bit of time arguing.
Shane Grundstrom is new here. I wanted him to live with his parents, but they don't currently have the room, so he'll be here until they do or until he goes to jail. No promotion for him this round either.
Jessie Pilferson still hasn't found her desired job in Music, but she did get a substantial bonus with her promotion, which allowed her to move to her own place at the end of the round. She'll be living in the Village Condos next round.
Max Flexor did not get promoted, but he did have enough money to move out as well. He'll be moving into one of the Mendoza rental houses.
Andrzej Greaves obtained his final promotion in his elder job. Even so, he still has less than $1000, so he won't be ready to move out soon...if ever.
Moon Broke did not find Dance, but she did get promoted in Gamer. She's still pretty broke though and now she needs a logic point which she can only get from the crossword in the paper, so I think she'll be here a while longer.
And that concludes the homeless shelter. Happy Simming!
