Pleasantview 9/15/20

The Kim household (see PV 7/13/20) was fairly calm this round.  Both businesses are closed on Sunday, so they didn't have to worry about that.  Justin spent most of his day doing financial consulting on the computer.  Alon invited his children over to hand out college money and spent the rest of his day doing household chores.  Charlene prepared lunch for the various children running around the house, bathed one of the dogs, then headed off to work where she was promoted.  Marcel was supposed to have a play date, but he doesn't really have any friends, so none of the kids he invited would come over.  He settled for talking to them on the phone and greeting one boy that walked by the house.  He spent his evening teaching one of the dogs commands she needs for her job and he talked his dad into getting another puppy, which is just what this family needs.

Kirby Bruty (see PV 7/14/20) didn't have much going on this round, but then again he never does.  His LTW is to have six grandchildren (he has one so far), so he doesn't really have a concrete goal to work towards; he just has to wait for his kids to have kids.  Consequently he spends the majority of his day playing poker with whoever drops by (today it was his son Liam).  Sometimes he wins a little money, sometimes he loses.  In any event, it's not a lucrative career choice.  Luckily, other family members have stable incomes.  Both Gladys and Dale got promoted today which was very helpful.  Since it was Sunday, Joshua just hung around the house all day with Kieran, who was supposed to have a play date, but due to just aging up last round, he doesn't know any other children yet.

Over at the Swain household (see PV 7/14/20) things were pretty quiet as well.  Tina had the day off and spent it skilling.  Erik worked, but didn't get promoted because he was short a body point.  Shortly after returning home, it was time for Katrina's birthday.  Once she aged to child, Erik immediately rolled the want to send her to private school.  Since they have plenty of money and are both career oriented it made sense that they'd want their daughter to have the best possible education so I sent her right off to Briarwood Prep.  I guess they won't need that addition just yet, as a bedroom just opened up.

Happy Simming!
