Dane/Capp: Since the Calientes decided not to move after, it means there isn't any available real estate in Strangetown. Consequently, Cornwall and Regan will have to move Downtown instead, which is not their first choice, since their jobs are here. At least the commute won't be terrible and it's not as if they have a choice in the matter; their family has outgrown their apartment and they simply must move.

Curious: Lola and Chloe are still mad at each other, but they're mostly avoiding each other for the moment, much to the rest of the household's relief. Vidcund really wants to move his girlfriend in, but his parents have asked him to wait until Simeon leaves for college, since they're pretty tightly packed in right now. Simeon still hasn't brought his grades up and now Minerva is slacking as well. Will the chaos never end?
Grunt: Things are finally looking up for the Grunt family. Chip is in line for a promotion, and they've saved up a bit of money so that Missy can expand her business, maybe even get some walls or something.

Tellerman/Specter/Raymond: Olive is thrilled to have her son home from college and is happy to meet and get to know his girlfriend Opal as well. Jeff was hoping he and Olive would have more of a honeymoon phase before adding sims to the household, but it's Olive's son, so he can't really complain too much. He seems like an okay kid, in any event. He jumped right into the workforce as a lobbyist and Opal got a job as well, though she's been less than forthcoming about what the job entails.

Gieke: Chester is all settled into the trailer park. It's only temporary, of course, because as soon as he gets accepted into the military, he'll be moving to the base. In the meantime, he's enjoying meeting his new neighbors and some of the sims around town.
Una: Natasha is also living in the trailer park. She and Chester have hit it off. It's nice to see a friendly face around the complex, since she's not used to living alone. She was very lucky to find an opening at the lab right away, so income won't be a problem.

Nigmos: Creon knows Andrea is ready to get married immediately, but he wants to hold off until the girls are at least close to going to college. It's not that they don't get along with Andrea, but he feels he ought to give them as much of his attention as possible in the absence of their mother, at least until they don't need him anymore.
Delarosa: Florence has been working hard for a promotion, but it just keeps eluding her. What does she have to do to get noticed?

Norman: The more time Albany spends with Melanie, the more he wants to ask her out, but he's not sure she'd be receptive to the idea. Her husband has cheated before and she was very hurt by it, so would she be willing to become involved in an affair of her own?
Capp/Newbie: Brandi has gained a lot of weight during her pregnancy, so she's started doing some light ballet exercises on the barre. She's hoping to get a jump start on losing the baby weight once she gives birth. Kent could probably benefit from some more workouts himself, as he's not getting anywhere as an athlete with that spare tire hanging around his midsection.

Ng: Samantha loves being back at work. She even got promoted! She does miss her little guy at home though, so when Alon suggested they might start working on having another, Sam was game.
Summerdream/McGreggor/Beaker: Titania thought it would be weird when her friend started seeing, and subsequently moved in with, her father, but overall, the transition has been relatively painless. She and Erin are still friends, and they joke about the possibility of Erin becoming Titania's stepmother. That will be a reality sooner than Titania thinks, however, since her father has proposed to Erin, but before they could announce the happy news, Titania went into labor, delivering a baby boy named Ethan.
