Oldie: Mary Sue is finding her work in construction to be quite interesting. Her co-workers are not very friendly, but her magic has been useful.
Pleasant: Diane got another unexpected promotion when the prep cook at the restaurant quit without notice and she was called to fill in. Her boss was so impressed with her that he made the job permanent.
