The Traver family did not fare as well as I'd hoped this round. While Ben did get promoted, Kendal got fired for poor work performance. Since someone stole the newspaper, she'll have to wait till next round to look for a new job. In other news, both girls grew up - Butterfly into a teen and Tamara into a toddler.
Both Traci Neil and her boyfriend River worked this round, but neither got promoted. Their daughter Piper grew into a toddler and Traci is also expecting again. This will be their third child. They still need to save another $60,000 to buy Red's.
At the Hollinger/Phelps residence no one got promoted, but George and Maria will be having another baby in the near future. The family has $48,000 of the $80,000 needed to buy a second business. Robert is 73 and has at least a few days left, so if someone gets a lucky chance card that brings in cash, he might just be around for the purchase.
