Pleasantview 11/13/20

Heather Broke (see PV 9/12/20) had yet another day off this round.  She'll get back to work next round thankfully.  You may recall that her boyfriend Evan split from his wife and moved in with her, so this was their first round together as an actual couple.  No talk of marriage yet, but it's early days.  I'm a little concerned that when Heather's daughter, Lexie, was over I learned that Evan has three bolts for her.  That could get awkward in the future.  Hobart and Charlotte did their usual routine, he wrote a restaurant guide while she was sleeping, they had a date after dinner, then she worked on her degree while he slept.

Up next, the Landgraab/Grundstrom household (see PV 9/12/20), where there was a lot going on as usual.  First off, I should note that Shane was unable to move in as planned because there wasn't room in the household, so I moved him to the shelter temporarily.  That will get resolved next round, since Ray and Violet both rolled wants to attend private school, and they could actually afford to send them.  It makes sense for Violet, who is planning a career in Science, but I think Ray's motivation is more about being near Kimberli Cox, who he's crushing on, than preparing for his demanding job in the Entertainment field.  So that means Shane will only need to spend one round at the shelter and then he'll be back home with his family.  In other news, Stephen and Tess made the decision to get married after all these years.  Maybe it's because Stephen is finally realizing that their love is not forever now that Tess is a elder or maybe Tess wants to make sure Stephen gets that life insurance payment after she dies so she'll know her family is taken care of.  Whatever the reason, Tess has at long last officially become Mrs. Landgraab.

Happy Simming!
