Myuswyn:  Nothing eventful.

Clan Gore:  Hiroki killed a Human (James Tyler) that he found lurking around.

Fromrac 1/16/24 (Elves)

 Blood Fruit Farm:  The pregnant female delivered a girl.  Eventually, that will make four workers for the farm.  He certainly needs that, as the planting is still going slowly.  Perhaps he won't be in charge of the farm much longer, however, since his mother is arranging a marriage contract for him with Nimrae Sylnalyn.

Sylnalyn:  Nimrae hosted Lytas and Shaaias for the first official courtship ritual.  Everything went smoothly.  She thinks this contract will work out.

Fistaelas:  The family lost their matriarch when Selavin was abducted and murdered by Ogres.  They still don't have a genie lamp, so there's no telling when, or if, they'll ever get her back.

Fromrac 1/15/24 (Humans)

 Ryder:  Cynthia was so distraught over the loss of her beloved David, that she couldn't even get out of bed in the mornings.  Rebecca, with Isaac's help, took over running the clothing shop as well.  One evening, however, when they returned from a long day's work, they found Cynthia gone and their younger brother Michael all alone.  They can only assume it was Ogres, but they have no proof.  Rebecca doesn't know how she's going to keep their family together.  (Also, Michael grew into a child.)

Dennis:  Rachel decided to move in with James, as she recently discovered she's expecting a baby.  Brian was killed by Ogres while out fishing, prompting Shane to dig a fishpond near the house, as it's bound to be safer than the community pond.  He's still not a very good fisherman, but he knows he has to get better, so that he can support his baby brother or sister once they're born.

Lane:  Nothing eventful.

Fromrac 1/14/24 (Lunari, Felan, Humans)

 Team #1:  The incubation is going well; all signs point to a healthy infant.  Olha grew into a child, which will make things much easier for Afi going forward.  Xesh will soon be a teen as well, which will also be a big help.

Pack A:  Rose was shocked to meet a man who looks like a plant.  She was also shocked that he wasn't afraid of her beast-like form.  He explained to her that he is the first Lau Kanaka to evolve in centuries.  The Lau Kanaka are revered in Elven legend, but they were thought to be gone forever.  Now that he has become one with nature, he understands a great many things - for example, how flora and fauna must coexist together in harmony.  Since he must live separately from the Elves, he sympathizes with Rose's loneliness, and suggests that maybe they could be friends.  Rose is overjoyed to learn she won't be completely alone in the world any longer.

Tyler:  James invited Rachel over and things took a romantic turn between them.  He knows she's eager to move out of her house, so he plans to ask her to move in with him.  It may be too soon, but he's got to take the chance.

Mills:  Sarah has moved in with Robert to help him with the twins.  Now he can get back to running the bakery as usual.  He's trying his best to get back to normal, but he's absolutely devastated at the loss of his precious Bonnie.  She consumes his every waking thought.

Fromrac 1/13/24 (Ogres, OutKasts, Sanguara)

 Clan Gore:  Thok and Swamplouse tangled with a couple of Humans; Thok was successful in killing the woman (Cynthia Ryder), but Swamplouse's intended victim managed to escape.

Clan Ergo:  The Ryder family did not take their recent losses lightly and retaliated by killing Omaka's boy Grugg.  The very next day, while fishing at the creek with Torpek, Omaka was attacked by a Human male (Brian Dennis) and an Elven female (Selavin Fistaelas).  They picked the wrong Ogre to mess with; fueled by her rage, she took them both down.

Ergo/Tyler:  Carol Ann had a baby boy!  Since all the girls have been given Human names, Korg wanted to name his only son Uggluk.  Carol Ann could hardly refuse, even if the name does sound a little weird to her.  She'll get used to it.

First Family:  Nothing eventful.

Fromrac 1/12/24 (Elves)

 Fistaelas:  Nothing eventful.

Myuswyn:  Lytas arranged an initial meeting for her son Shaaias and her friend Nimrae.  They discovered they both enjoy chess and spent several hours playing a game.  All in all, Lytas would call that a success.  She thinks they'll be able to move forward with a marriage contract.  Of course, should Shaaias marry, he'll have to give up his position at the Blood Fruit Farm but luckily, Lytas has another son who could take over that role.

Fromrac 1/11/24 (Humans, Elves)

 Lane:  Jake has grown into adulthood, and Holly has FINALLY mastered pottery and can make amphoras.  It's been a long road and she doesn't have much farther to travel, but at least she did it.

Blood Fruit Farm:  The planting is well underway, though the two females (one elder and one pregnant) are having a bit of trouble keeping up.  They've only done about a third of the planting so far.  At least the baby is getting bigger and will take up less of her mother's time.

Sylnalyn:  Nimrae and her sons decided to take the chance and resurrect Baelri.  They got lucky and the resurrection was a success!  Not long after, however, something strange happened to Naiesti - he became so in tune with his plants that he became one!  There have long been legends among the Elves of a higher race, one which is completely at one with the natural world.  They are called Lau Kanaka.  No one has ever seen one until now.  Nimrae feels it's a great honor to have been bestowed on her family to have the first (for many generations at least) of such an evolved race as a member.
