Pleasantview 2/28/26

Travis Broke (see PV 7/24/25) had another date with Bill and they decided to move in together, which was really lucky for Megan, as Bill's friend count boosted her high enough to score her final promotion in Law Enforcement.  She now wants to top Intelligence, which is actually a pretty good segue from Law Enforcement, but she'll hold off on looking for that job until she uses up her vacation time.  In the meantime, she had a date with Max Flexor, which went well, but nothing serious because Max is hung up on Roxie Sharpe and Megan is still longing for Mason Tellerman, who is still in prison.  While she waits for him to get out, she's decided to adopt a child, who will arrive next round.  The house is not spacious enough (or easily modified) for everyone, so Travis and Bill will be moving out to their own place.

The Larsons (see PV 7/24/25) had a busy day, as usual.  Brianna went to work, but got demoted for poor performance, Daniel ran the gallery, and Brooke took the first of many vacation days, while teaching skills to the pets.  Everyone had dates except Sabrina, who didn't know anyone well enough, though she did chat up Shay Bruty on the phone.  Brooke and Calvin Dreamer both rolled the want to get engaged, so I allowed it, but they're going to continue living separately for the time being.

Pleasantview 2/3/26

Heather Broke and family moved into the mansion formerly owned by Jan Tellerman.  Since I moved them to repair a crashing issue I was having with them, I didn't have them bring too many items, so the house is pretty sparsely furnished at the moment.  Heather went to work and brought in a paycheck, Charlotte collected an inheritance from her mother, and Hobart finished a restaurant guide, so they were able to get the basics covered.  Over time, we'll get the house just as cluttered as the old one lol.  Apart from money-making and getting settled, Harmon had his toddler birthday and Hobart and Charlotte opted to try for another baby.

Evan Dreamer (see PV 7/24/25) continued working on skills for his next promotion.  Unfortunately, he doesn't go into work until Monday (this round was Friday), so money's going to be pretty tight in the meantime, especially since Hailey gave birth to twins!  They named the babies Peyton and Sawyer (I know I already have a Sawyer in the 'hood, but I'd already chosen Peyton for the girl and, when Sawyer popped up on the name suggestion list, I just couldn't resist.  Some of you may not understand that reference, but if you know, you know lol.)  The twins make eight children between the two of them: two in college, two teens, two children, and two newborns.  They're gonna be financially strapped for the foreseeable future y'all.

Pleasantview 2/2/26

As planned Solveig and Ratna Platz (see PV 7/23/25) got divorced and Ratna moved out; he'll be played later in the round.  Solveig struggled through the day, feeling very sick, but trying to help out with her grandson as much as possible.  Todd worked, had a date, and earned a couple of skill points.

Lakshmi Broke (see PV 7/23/25) had a date with Calvin Latte and as expected, they fell in love and decided to get engaged and move in together.  The only problem was that the household was too full with so many pets, so I had them give one of the dogs to Lakshmi's ex, Evan Broke.  The dog was really more his anyway, so it's fine; besides, three dogs and two cats was just ridiculous, considering everything else going on in this family.  In any event, Lakshmi is well on her way to marriage #4.  Ricky also had a date with Steffi Kim, but it wasn't particularly successful.  He led with a dirty joke, which she didn't like, followed that with a noogie, which she also didn't like, then asked her to slow dance, which she turned down flat.  They spent the rest of the time hanging out and at the end of the date, he likes her 100/23, but they're still not friends, so she was really not impressed with him lol.  In other news, baby Kaitlyn grew into a toddler, and the kids are (mostly) caught up on homework.

Jonathan and Demi Greaves (see PV 7/24/25) spent the day primarily on household chores.  They did take some time out to have lunch with Lauren, Kylie, and Emily.  I'm considering moving Lauren back in once she finishes college, but I'll have to see what's going on with her next time I play her.

Happy Simming!

Pleasantview 2/1/26

Meadow Todd (see PV 7/19/25) did indeed get a promotion; she needs several skill points now for the next one.  Stone had a blind date with Cheyenne Fancey; it went quite well for a first date, so we'll see what happens with that in the future.  River was not as lucky as the rest of his family - he was arrested, convicted, and sentenced to 21 days in Pleasantview Prison, with the possibility of parole after 14 days.  He's going away for a long time; he'll be well into his elder years by the time he gets out.

Quentin Dreamer (see PV 7/23/25) got a promotion at work and, since he recently had a falling out with Rebecca Larson, asked Nancy Rusewicz on a date.  It went well, but no big declarations of love or anything.  Orlando finished his GED and looked for a job in Law Enforcement, but it was not available; he also taught April to study.  Donna is still on maternity leave and used her time to teach Diana to walk.  The new baby is due next round.

Tosha Futa (see PV 7/23/25) got a promotion, earned her needed cooking point, and decided to give her dog Lady to her son Bryce, as her son has always been fonder of the dog than she is.  Blake got his grades up a bit and had some friends over.  He'll graduate from high school next round.

Holly and Mallory Andersen (see PV 7/23/25) are not done with their family yet; they applied to adopt a baby, who will arrive next round.  Holly's kittens grew up and she sold one of them, immediately adopting two new kittens.  Mallory worked on skilling for her next promotion and Naomi ran her business and had a date.

Happy Simming!
